The Technological Center is specialized in constructional design, engineering and production of details and constructions from sheet iron, polymer and other non-metal sheets. The set of machines allows us to perform practically all necessary operations from the processing of the sheet material to the assuming of the final shape of the product.

Design and Production Center

A team of highly qualified engineers and designers devotedly take care that our customers' ideas are turned into practice quickly, economically and with the best quality.The design work requires a customer made plan of the requested product in AutoCAD or CorelDraw format. It is also possible to realize projects submitted as blue prints, drafts or sketches by our clients, if all necessary dimensions are clearly specified.

Laser cutting

Two CO2-Laser Systems – “Hebar” and the new MC 1530 L (produced by “OPTELA – Laser Technologies” PLC) – make the Center capable of performing high-speed, high-precision cutting of materials with up to 20 mm width.

Bending

The newest press brake machine with computer CNC control alowes us to create a free shape detailes by multiple bending of the sheet matherials with highest accuracy.
